Nottingham Forest 2 v 3 Leicester City

Posted on: Wed 19 Sep 2007
After a good display of football Nottingham Forest conceded two late goals to go out of the Carling Cup.

It was the most remarkable start to the game as Leicester City showed great sportsmanship in allowing Forest to score in the opening seconds.

The first half was evenly matched with Leicester equalizing from a free kick on the half hour and the first half finished level.

Forest produced some good attacking football in the second half and were rewarded with a goal just after the hour mark. But in spite of almost continuous pressure they conceded two goals in the dying seconds of the game.
